Exchange

At PS.PIECE, we understand that sometimes a change is needed. That is why we are delighted to facilitate exchanges within 5 days of your original purchase. Regrettably, should this timeframe elapse, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges.


For a successful exchange or return, kindly ensure that the item remains unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, complete with tags attached. If the need for exchange arises due to personal reasons, such as sizing discrepancies, fret not, as we do allow exchanges, although a nominal fee will be incurred.


In case of an incorrectly shipped order, where the items received do not align with your initial selection, we pledge to cover the shipping and handling charges to rectify this oversight.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly send you an email to confirm the reception of your item. Subsequently, you will be informed regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed for the original purchase amount. It is important to note that there are instances where only partial refunds may be granted. These include situations such as the item not being in its original condition, damage, or missing parts unrelated to our handling. Additionally, returns made more than 10 days after delivery may only receive a partial refund.

Please be aware that certain conditions render you ineligible for a refund from us. These conditions include providing an incorrect address, instances where the item is lost during transit, or cases where the item goes missing or is stolen after being successfully delivered. Refunds will not be issued if there is no specific reason provided for the return.
